No House-No Family

Below is an screen capture from a video that shows how banks get rich off of issuing home loan mortgages. In the example given below a borrower using the same loan on a 10-year term will pay 28.8% of the loan amount as added interest. But the same loan example on a 30-year loan would cause the borrower to pay 93.2% of the loan amount as added interest. So the borrower is going to pay about “double” the cost of the house – when using a 30-year home loan. The only ones who profit from this are the banks which can print out money for nothing and loan it out at high interest. This creates debt-slaves whose house payments financially drain them of everything that they make. Typically people only have about 30-productive years to earn money before they are too old to work so this means such a loan will drain them financially (like a hole in a bucket drains out water) and this will last for the entire period of their “productive years” of their lifetime.

The name of the linked video above is called “Owning-a-Home-is-Literally-a-Scam” and there are a number of such videos which reveal how banks bleed people of everything have during their productive years. This situation has gotten out of hand so bad that in almost all western nations young people can no longer afford to buy a home. This has drastic consequences because it is not good to try and raise children under an apartment situation. A young couple should be able to own a house – where they can raise their children in a peaceful environment.

In the video clip above Tucker Carlson speaks to the young (college age) people in attendance at the Turning Point USA 2025 Conference held in Florida. He tells the young people that having a family is really hard to do without a house. It is hard to raise children within the confines of a small apartment and in fact many young men realize this and that is why they are holding off on marriage. They are hoping to save up enough money to buy a house of their own before they marry and start a new family. Unfortunately, many young men end up passing their prime of life without getting married simply because the banking system in most Western nations does not permit them to buy a house. The costs are out of reach for so many young men that the purchase of a home is the number one factor that causes them to forsake marriage and family. This had drastic results when birthrates fall below replacement rates and so many western nations are now headed for extinction (as the population grows old without any new people being born to replace them). Again, it is largely the financial factor of being blocked from home ownerships that is hindering young men from marriage and is a major factor in decimating population by low birthrates. It does not matter if the government sponsors social activities trying to get young people to meet and marry because even if a young man meets the right woman, he can do nothing to beat a system – which causes only the banks to get rich (and leaves him without an opportunity to buy a home).

Prelude to Destruction and Desolation

Isaiah 5:8–10 (NASB95)
8 Woe to those who add house to house and join field to field, Until there is no more room, So that you have to live alone in the midst of the land!
9 In my ears the LORD of hosts has sworn, “Surely, many houses shall become desolate, Even great and fine ones, without occupants.
10 “For ten acres of vineyard will yield only one bath of wine, And a homer of seed will yield but an ephah of grain.”

The prophet Isaiah spoke about financial exploitation created by those who would manufacture debts out of nothing and use this to enslave people. So the borrowers (who were ensnared by these exploiters) were forced to sell their land and assets and homes and then work for free as slaves to these exploitive so-called lenders. The end-result of all of this was that those who could position themselves on top of this illicit “lender position” were able to take over everything without doing any work themselves whatsoever. These exploitive lenders were adding house to house and field to field until there was no room left in the land. They stole the land and houses of everyone in that region until all of the means of production was under their control and everyone was working as a slave for free for them. These exploitive leaders were living in palatial mansions in great luxury, while everyone else was suffering under abject poverty. These lenders lived alone in the land within their huge mansions – while everyone else was reduced to being debt-slaves to them.

This type of greedy exploitation greatly offended God because these scammer lenders were able to seize everything for themselves under the guise of these manufactured debts. These exploiters had more than they could spend in a lifetime while everyone else was in poverty. This angers God and this brought the judgment of God upon the land. So as a result all of these great mansions and luxury villas were left desolate and abandoned and grown over with weeds. The entire land become a desolate wasteland under the judgment of God for this terrible unbridled greed. War and Famine and drought and plague reduced the land to nothing under the wrath of God.

The exact same thing is occurring within the world’s banking system – which enables those controlling the money to gain enormous wealth while everyone else is reduced to debt slavery. The people are not poor because of a lack of wealth but rather because that wealth is being exploited by lenders (who enrich only themselves).

In fact God created an abundant earth capable of providing great wealth and resources to make every person on earth into millionaires – with more than enough. But it is the insatiable greed of lending exploiters – who seize all of the wealth and cause poverty for a nation. I called such exploiters as “Satanic Reservoirs” because they only serve to exploit and hoard wealth and keep it out of the economy so it has no benefit for anyone. Satan is the god of this world’s system and he has evil men who hoard wealth to create poverty for the general population. Godly men bring prosperity for everyone but evil men hoard wealth and create poverty because they are emissaries of Satan. It is Satan who kills and steals and destroys and causes everything that is evil on the earth.

John 10:10 (NASB95)
10 “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.

God created a world that is rich in resources and can produce great wealth no matter how large the population. Everyone can live an abundantly life if that wealth was not hoarded by wicked and evil and greedy men who create poverty and misery on earth as they fulfill the agenda of Satan.

John 8:44 (NASB95)
44 “You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. Whenever he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

Those who are godless and unregenerate humans are those who fulfill satanic agenda on earth and start wars and create famine and everything that is evil. The world’s financial system also places evil men in control – who seek to exploit and enrich themselves at the expense of others.

2 Corinthians 4:4 (NASB95)
4 in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that they might not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

Satan is referred to as the god of this world’s system. Satan became the god of the world’s system when Adam committed high treason against God and sold out his dominion over the earth to Satan. As long as Adam’s earth-lease is still in effect, then Satan still can control the world’s system via evil men who fulfill his satanic agenda. After this old earth is destroyed (and the new earth comes) then the old earth-lease of Adam will be cancelled and Satan will have no more power on earth. But until that day comes, believers must realize that the world’s system (including the corrupt financial system) is currently under control of Satan and his minions.

Proverbs 22:7 (NASB95)
7 The rich rules over the poor, And the borrower becomes the lender’s slave.

This scripture above says that the borrower becomes the lender’s slave. This his how the world’s banking system can control a man’s life and bleed him of all that he earns (barely keeping him alive) to harvest his wages for the entire 30-years of his productive life. Once he is forced to borrow for a house then he typically will become a debt slave for life.

The desolation caused by debt slavery means that young men have to either forsake marriage and children or put their necks under the yoke of debt slavery for the rest of their lives. But God’s people were never to become debt slaves to anyone. They were supposed to be prosperous and rich and debt free and slave to no one.

Blessings of Obedience and Serving God

Deuteronomy 28:1–13 (NASB95)
1 “Now it shall be, if you diligently obey the LORD your God, being careful to do all His commandments which I command you today, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth.
2 “All these blessings will come upon you and overtake you if you obey the LORD your God:
3 “Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country.
4 “Blessed shall be the offspring of your body and the produce of your ground and the offspring of your beasts, the increase of your herd and the young of your flock.
5 “Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl.
6 “Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out.
7 “The LORD shall cause your enemies who rise up against you to be defeated before you; they will come out against you one way and will flee before you seven ways.

The thirteen verses of scripture above speak of the blessings of obedience for those who obey God and keep God’s commandments. Note that in verse 12 above that God promises that His people would not be in debt. God’s people would have abundance and they would lend to many nations but they would not borrow. It is a clear fact of scripture that those who borrow are debt-slaves of those who lend to them on interest. Never should God’s people ever be in debt for anything. In fact they can be prospered by God and escape the debt-trap of mortgage-lending that has ruined the lives of so many people and has reduced them into debt slavery.

It should be noted that the Jews are only about 3% of the entire US population but they hold about 67% of the Fortune 500 Companies (the top 500 companies of the US economy). The reason for this is that they follow principles of God given to them through Abraham and which were recorded in the time of Moses in what is now called the Jewish Torah (or Old Testament of Christian bibles). These principles can make anyone prosper who follows them even when they are in the midst of a world system that is controlled by satanic forces.

God’s People Blessed in Midst of Godless Cursed Heathens

Genesis 26:12–14 (NASB95)
12 Now Isaac sowed in that land and reaped in the same year a hundredfold. And the LORD blessed him,
13 and the man became rich, and continued to grow richer until he became very wealthy;
14 for he had possessions of flocks and herds and a great household, so that the Philistines envied him.

Jacob was a Jewish man who at one time was living in the land of the Philistines (who were godless pagan people). But God prospered Jacob and blessed him so that he reaped a hundred times more than what he had planted. Jacob became rich and continued to grow richer every year until he became extremely wealthy. Jacob had great possessions and large flocks and herds of livestock and a great household of workers. The Philistines envied Jacob because he was so wealthy. It is interesting that Jacob became rich in the land of the Philistines but the pagan Philistines themselves did not become wealthy in their own land. This is because the Philistines worshipped idols and they asked the idols for help in becoming prosperous. But the idol worship of the Philistines only brought a curse upon them instead of a blessing. God is a jealous God and will curse those who worship idols.

But Jacob worshipped the God of Israel and followed God’s laws and principles and so Jacob (a Jewish man) prospered wonderfully in the same land where the Philistines were cursed and poor.

The fact of the matter is that those who worship the God of Israel and keep God’s commandments will be blessed because God has promised to bless them. These blessed people are those who follow Jewish Torah principles about saving their seed and not eating female livestock and using money for investments – so that they can increase in wealth more year by year (just as Jacob also did).

When God’s people have abundance, then they will have money to help others as well. This is how they can become lenders to nations and help those in poverty to prosper. It is God’s intent that his people depend upon him for their increase and so they should become the lenders instead of being borrowers. Thus they can escape being debt-slaves of the world’s system and become righteous lenders who can help others instead of exploiting them (as the satanic abusers are currently doing).

Our Plan to make Young Men Prosper to Free them for Marriage and Family

What we want to do is create a new financial system where instead of borrowing money for a house (that only provides a dwelling place and nothing more) we can do much more. Under our system our young men will have a large living residence that can house a large family with private rooms for everyone. But much more than that is the automated production systems that produce not only energy and food but also create revenue streams which can produce income needed to pay off the cost of the Family Production Unit (FPU).

Under the world’s financial system a person is forced to become a debt-slave in order to have a static house (called static because it only provides a place to live and nothing more). Contrast this to our living system and the owner will have an automated system that provides energy and light and food and products to sustain human life within a protected environment for generations to come. Even if there was some sort of nuclear holocaust or meteor strike on earth that makes the surface uninhabitable for a thousand years, the descendants of our people could emerge ten-generations later or more (when the surface of the earth is again habitable to humans).

Our system not only provides a home to live in but it includes all of the automated systems to provide for a family in an unlimited manner. It is a production system so it can pay for itself by the excess food and products it produces.

Once a family has their FPU living system paid in full then they can direct their income streams toward investments and so we can use that capital to build more of the FPU living systems. Each of these systems will produce the income needed to build more of them. This will have a snowball effect because the more FPU systems we have online (and producing) the more they will be able to finance the building of more of such projects.

The end result is that all of our young men (and later their own sons and grandsons) will have the home and income needed to raise their families without being limited by financial considerations. It is the world’s system that forces young men to abandon marriage and family because they are denied the right to prosper. But a system run by God-fearing people can produce great wealth under the same principles that made Abraham and Isaac and Jacob all prosper and which cotinine to cause their descendants the Jews prosper even until this present time.
