Liberal DEI Woke Standards Forced Upon Lending-Contracts-Hiring

In response to the statement: “The USDOT issued an interim final rule (IFR) barring race and sex-based contracting requirements from federal grants.” Video timestamp: 6:28/1:04:03. More can be said about how liberal Woke DEI have leavened every aspect of our society. The USDOT (under Trump) had to issue a ban on the “liberal established” requirement that contracts/grants are only given based on “DEI requirements” involving race and gender and sexual orientation. This is an example of forced “wealth transfer” toward unqualified people – while discriminating upon qualified contractors or job applicants. For example, people do not want a DEI hire for an airline pilot because their lives depend on it. They want the best pilot available which is predominantly white male pilots that were trained in the military (often as fighter pilots) who are more than qualified to fly those big jumbo buses with wings. A female DEI hire might be able to get it off the ground and land it by following prescribed routines but what if something goes wrong? Pilots under stress must problem solve within seconds (basically flying by the seat of their pants) like a fighter pilot! That is when (during an emergency) the “over-training” of a military pilot kicks in to save everyone’s life. These pilots must solve the problem within seconds – before the widow closes and results in turning an emergency into an “air disaster” really fast. – Comment by Kenneth Popken
