Advanced Multimedia

I imagine having large arched domes overhead above the cobblestone streets with sections similar to French windows and within each window would be a computer screen rather than a pane of glass. We could generate scenes like a blue sky with clouds that seem to pass over head. Each window section is integrated so that one cloud appears to pass over each window frame in sequence. We could even replicate a rain storm by having sounds and sights of thunder and lightning and raindrops on a camera lens that causes the computer screens to look like they have rain drops on the window panes above. I could even have cameras placed outside in certain scenic places and capture the weather over a 12-month period and this could be portrayed as the changing of seasons within the refuge. We could capture the sun’s angle in summer that is higher in the sky and the sun’s angle in the winter (when the sun sits lower). We can generate various scenes that include cloudy days, gloomy days, bright blue skies, fluffy clouds and blue skies, and rainy days. The human mind could be deceived to imagine it is really living under the natural sunlight that is portrayed by these windows overhead. We can have night sounds as well like aphids or frogs that make natural sound in the evening and bird sounds that are nature recordings from the forest so that these can be played on audio for a pleasant effect in the refuge. We want to stay far away from just a hole in the ground for survival type of mentality but have things as nice as possible so that even melatonin production in the human brain will be produced or decreased by either the sun setting in the evening or the morning sun rising so that even the movements of the sun can be portrayed by computer generated screens above our cobble stone streets.

QUOTE: City Harvest Church in Singapore is recognized as the world’s deepest church, with a four-level underground auditorium.
The main hall, located beneath the Jurong West building, spans 1,700 square meters and is completely pillar-free, making it one of the largest church structures in Southeast Asia. The church’s underground design, completed in 2002, has been officially cited by Singapore Records for its depth and architectural innovation. It serves as a primary worship venue and hosts major events, reflecting the church’s modern, tech-savvy approach to worship and community engagement.
The quote above speaks of the City Harvest Church building in Singapore – which has a capacity of 6,000 people and 8,000-square-meters of underground space. It is the world’s deepest church. This was build back in 2002 so the technology has been around for a long time already. It was made without support columns and has a dome that is self-supporting.
Vision for Multiple Underground Media Centers
It is my vision to have many such underground domes (all with large seating capacities) so that the various underground living systems (located within our tunnel systems) will all lead to specific domes – to be used for mass gatherings and instruction and worship and entertainment etc. Each of the living systems will be assigned their own underground amphitheater with specific service times. These domes will meet the need for large social gatherings. We could easily exceed the existing 6,000-seating capacity of the Singapore building created in 2002 (because we can now utilize greater and more advanced architecture – than what was previously available as late as 2002. We can have multiple large-capacity underground domes with living system tunnels and street radiating out from each dome like spokes of a wagon wheel. It can be developed as a large underground network with tunnels and domes connected to one other like a spider web.
Special effects can be generated if the screens are used for movies so that people in a theater would see dark clouds and lightning and the voice of God as He appears in the clouds portrayed above them and large fans send a burst of cold wind over the audience so they feel and see as if they are really involved with the teaching. I wanted to have a lot of entertainment that is solely based on illustrating biblical principles and biblical events (including end-time events) and the return of the Lord and the rule of those who overcome and the judgment throne so people know it is worthwhile to put away sin and overcome and be good stewards because they will be going on judgment day and only those who overcome will enter the kingdom of God.
So with this purpose in mind, I want to excavate huge underground domes which house large auditoriums underneath. But the entire ceiling is done in French windows with computer screens in them and these will be used to generate lifelike visual effects that transport the viewer into what seems like a real time interaction with the events being transpired on the screen above them and before them. Sounds and winds and even the seats can be installed on sensors like the flight simulators used by pilots so if a movie or person being damned to hell is portrayed before them, they can get a bit of a sensation of falling into hell as well when the seats take a bit of a dip suddenly.
I also want to take people on a journey and have them buckle-up as if they are in an space ship. We can fly over the surface of the earth and you can see the mountains on either side of you. They can see the vapor and clouds around the windows of the ship as the pass through the cloud level and come out into the ozone layer. Then we can break out of the atmosphere of the earth and turn on the thrusters that propel use faster than light speed as the stars being blurs. The seats in the auditorium thrust backward as the ship takes off. All the while they pass through the clouds there is a muffled rumble or shake that can be felt in the seats like a plane that is shaking from wind turbulence and vibrations so give the sensation of air flight. Occasionally they will have a dip as they are climbing as they pass through a turbulent air pocket. They can feel all of this in the seats and the movement of the environment and clouds and stars and planets outside of the windows of the craft give them the sensation of being propelled forward in flight.
So we can visit far and distant planets on a nightly basis and have an avatar movie type of experience in a big space ship. But the main thing is to illustrate some biblical principle every night of the week and use all of this for teaching principles.
Another example is we could have an illustration of hell. You can have the space ship take a sharp left bank and tell the people to look out the windows to their left side. Then they will see you are circling a live and active volcano that is spewing out molten lava. Then you tell the people you are going to take a little visit to hell but they should not worry because the spaceship is insulated and can take the heat without melting. Then the space ship takes a sharp dive as the floor of the auditorium is raised by six feet on all four corners and the front two corners suddenly drop about three feet give the sensation of a dive and the computers illustrate this dive into hell through the windows on the front and top of the dome. So, they plunge right through the molten lava and enter into the dark void of hell below. I will then turn on some heaters to make it feel like our spaceship is heating up in the 2000-degree heat outside. We can see tormented and damned souls outside of the craft and explain that those who do not know God will be eternally separated from God in hell. That hell is created as a place of torment for the devil and his angels and those who do not serve God are children of the devil. After seeing the torments of the damned we will take a plunge further and see the backslidden people who believed in eternal security as they will have a worse damnation and torment that those who are above in the level of the unbelievers being tormented below the crust of the earth. We can have a big digital screen showing the volcano and the crust of the earth and the levels of hell as you get closer to the core place of torment in the lowest pit. People will be falling all of the time like clothing in a clothes drying tumbler and some will bounce off the outside of our ship as they are tormented and falling in darkness and 2000-degree Fahrenheit. A digital control panel above the pilot will show the outside temperature of 2000-degrees Fahrenheit and it will get hotter as you get closer to the center of the earth. At this time the cabin temperature will be increasing and by the time you reach the core it will be able 95 degrees in the room. We can illustrate the unbeliever level, the carnal Christian level and the backslidden preacher level. Men who faked the ministry and who loved filthy lucre and sexual immorality and taking God’s glory will all be there and they will be seen trying to preach to the people inside of the spacecraft. They will look like fat piggy-looking preachers with big jowls hanging over their collars and big bellies hanging over their belts to illustrate their self-indulgence. There are many principles of the bible that can be illustrated by these things and scriptures can be displayed on the control panel in front of the pilot as he gives a preaching to illustrate these things that they are experiencing and seeing.
Then when all is said and done and it gets hot in the room the pilot will say the ship is getting too hot so the outside temperature can show about 4000-degree Fahrenheit and be about an actual 95 degrees in the ship. So, then the ship will take a climb with the front elevated and the back lowered as the ship hurries to get out before it melts down. They can have some excitement as they say that if the ship exceeds this certain temperature, then it will melt down and they will all be burned alive in hell. So, they should pray they can make it out in time. So, there can be some suspense as they try to escape before it is too late and suddenly, they explode out of the volcano and we shoot up above it a few thousand feet before taking a sharp bank and then there is a dive as we plunge the ship into the ocean and there is a great cloud of steam as the hot craft cools off in the water. They can see fish and whales and other undersea life swim past the window as they cool down the ship. At this point the AC system kicks in and cools down in inside of the simulator to a comfortable temperature again.
I would like to have a dozen theaters that hold 500 seats on one floor each. The floor is made of steel I-beams like any high rise building and the seats are attached to this floor. At each of the four corners I can have a large hydraulic cylinder in place like that which could dump a large dump truck with extended reach like that of a 40-foot back dumping trailer. There large hydraulic cylinders will be mounted in holes with only the top protruding out of the rock floor and they suspend the I-beam floor about six inches above the rock excavation. These have the ability to raise the entire floor six feet or more and give a sensation of flight. When the spacecraft dives it will drop the floor in front quickly and when it climbs it will drop the rear of the floor quickly. They are responsive cylinders so that they have a big diameter hydraulic hoses to make them capable of fast lifts and drops which create the gravity effects of real flight. There can be man walk cut into the rock for service men to deal with the hydraulic cylinders and hoses and connections and wiring if repairs are needed.
With a dozen theaters we can have many movies playing all at one time and we can illustrate biblical principles for all ages. The elder people can have Ann of Green Gables type of things or things like King Arthur and children can have cartoon animations like Dino the dinosaur etc. Young men can have action and even war and aerial combat in the ship under simulation etc. for an adventure type of deal.
We can have movies nightly for all of the population of the refuge and they can see a different one each night for a year and all of them have special biblical illustrations and principles for them to learn. They will have their job in the day time, then have their supper time and then that evening before bedtime they will have the choice of attending movies in a simulator spaceship. The roof of the space craft is like a dome made of French windows and each pane has a computer screen in it. These screens can portray a split screen big image so that all of the squares together will make up one big picture. In that manner we can produce an illusion of flight through clouds and speed and motion as objects and visuals pass by the screens in flight.
The seats can even be made to have head phone on the sides and even in the seats to produces stimulations that sound and feel like flight such as vibrations of an aircraft passing through turbulence etc.
