More can be said about how liberal Woke DEI have leavened every aspect of our society. The USDOT (under Trump) had to issue a ban on the \u201cliberal established\u201d requirement that contracts\/grants are only given based on “DEI requirements” involving race and gender and sexual orientation. This is an example of forced \u201cwealth transfer\u201d toward unqualified people \u2013 while discriminating upon qualified contractors or job applicants. For example, people do not want a DEI hire for an airline pilot because their lives depend on it. They want the best pilot available which is predominantly white male pilots that were trained in the military (often as fighter pilots) who are more than qualified to fly those big jumbo buses with wings. A female DEI hire might be able to get it off the ground and land it by following prescribed routines but what if something goes wrong? Pilots under stress must problem solve within seconds (basically flying by the seat of their pants) like a fighter pilot! That is when (during an emergency) the \u201cover-training\u201d of a military pilot kicks in to save everyone\u2019s life. These pilots must solve the problem within seconds \u2013 before the widow closes and results in turning an emergency into an \u201cair disaster\u201d really fast. – Comment by Kenneth Popken<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
