God’s Word as a Guiding Force

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth and God also created humans to dwell within his new creation. God has a “blueprint” for human living which is contained within God’s word (the bible). The principles found within the Word of God can guide people toward a life of peace and order and prosperity. God’s blessings are made manifest upon the lives of his people as they learn to make “life-decisions” that conform with God’s directives for living.

God’s Word is effective in guiding personal lives and for guiding families and also provides wisdom for directing societies and entire nations.

Exodus 18:20 (NLT)
20 Teach them God’s decrees, and give them his instructions. Show them how to conduct their lives.

The founder, Kenneth Popken seeks to provide “Life Coaching Advice” to enable young men to make wise decisions (which will lead toward their long-term prosperity and benefit). Kenneth could be called a “mentor” for this reason because all of his ministry focuses on counseling young men based upon the principles of God’s Word.

Russia Supports Marriage and Family

It should be noted that the main purpose of building our refuge system is to make provision for young men so that they can afford to marry and start a family. This is essential for South Korea which is a nation with the lowest birthrate on earth and which is currently headed toward extinction. We seek to apply for the offer of free land and Russian citizenship for those who come to Russia and develop the Russian far-east. But the most important reason for choosing Russia is their moral support of marriage between men and women for the purpose of procreation.

It is our plan to build a “refuge system” within the remote regions of Siberia. This living system utilizes “unique technology” to produce energy and food and products needed to sustain human life within any type of environment.

It is our goal to build a new living system (and society) which is established upon biblical precedent. As “Nation Builders” we understand the great importance of having a solid “moral foundation” for our community . No lasting progress can be made within any society that is void of godly moral values

Throughout world history, nations rise and fall in accordance to either obeying God’s word (causing them to rise) or by breaking all of God’s laws (which causes them to fall). This is the reason that we seek to live according to biblical principles as a group so that our members and their future children and grandchildren will continue to incur the favor and protection and blessing of God upon their society.

Civil leaders must make decisions for the good of their people. People are “producers” so people are therefore the foundation of all national prosperity. A nation will prosper in direct proportion to the extent that their citizens are allowed to prosper.

Innovation Development

Innovations greatly increase prosperity. Automation technology can produce food and products in vast volumes for a lower price. People can experience a greatly increased standard of living due to innovation technology.

Personnel Development

People are a national resource. It is calculated that one person will produce seven-times more than what they consume during their lifetimes. People can be developed as at “national resource” by advanced training and educational programs.

Moral Foundation Building

A moral foundation is essential in nation building. If a country destroys biblical values then their people will become corrupt. Moral corruption results in widespread project and infrastructure failure as everyone from top to bottom engages in theft and embezzlement.

The greatest thing (of lasting value) that any young man can do is to marry and have a family. It will be his children who will carry his values into the next generation.

Only men can train boys how to become men. A woman can never train a boy to become a man (simply because she is not one herself). Women attempting to raise boys by themselves- will turn their sons into “effeminate sissies” for this reason.

Training and Recruiting Young Men

It is our goal to train and recruit young men to serve in the roles of skilled labor and innovators and entrepreneurs which are needed for building our new living system in Siberia. This goal can be accomplished via a “joint-training-venture” that is incorporated together with existing military training programs.
