Startup Nation

Israel has the highest number of innovations and new startup companies per capita than any other country in the world. This is actually a testament to the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) which relies on innovation for defending their small nation against hostile nations which are much larger in size and population than themselves. When an Israeli soldier completes their military duty and goes to the civilian job market – the first question Israeli employers ask is “What Military Unit did you serve in within the IDF?” The employers in Israel know the value of the training that the IDF soldiers receive during their military service. This is in great contrast to employers who hire for jobs within the USA and also within South Korea whose primary focus is placed on the job applicant’s GPA and what college they attended. But in the era of the “liberal-takeover” of the education system, the value of a degree is greatly diminished. Many liberal degrees have no application in the real world whatsoever and are therefore entirely useless. Only professional degrees such as those needed for medicine or engineering or law (which professions require a degree) have any real value for college education.

This is why we want to start an [Military Training-Affiliate Program] to be incorporated within the South Korean military. In this manner, they can provide training to their soldiers which has real innovation and technology applications within the civilian job market.

Israel and South Korea – Nations at War

Both the nations of Israel and South Korea are in a constant state of war which requires mandatory military training of all able-young men. South Korea could greatly benefit from adapting the same innovation and technological training used by the IDF to train their own soldiers because it would also benefit the soldiers serving within the various branches of the South Korean Military.

The Land Factor

The main factor related to the lack of economic opportunity for South Korean young men is the land factor. South Korean lost half of their land during the Korean war and the southern half of Korea is largely covered by mountains. So this leaves limited land available for agricultural and building houses and factories and businesses. The land price is related to everything such as the cost of food and cost of housing and cost of products because businesses are forced to add more to the prices to cover the cost of the land (which affects housing cost and food and product costs.

Also there are millions of South Koreans going abroad looking for economic opportunity. This is evidence that they lack opportunity in South Korea (and land price is a big factor in this equation).

It is a known fact that under financial crisis that young men will forgo marriage and children because they fear they cannot afford to support a family. Today the population of South Korea is headed toward extinction with the lowest birthrates on earth.

The fact remains that we must resolve the financial crisis for young men so that they will feel they can afford to marry and have a family.

What we want to do is create an “Employee Owned and Operated Enterprise” so that they can generate the wealth needed to support a family.

By having our young men pool resources together they make investments which create the revenue streams needed for establishing their families.

Becoming Our Own Employers

The purpose of the “Military Training – Affiliate Program” is to impart the innovation and trade skills that are needed to build our own living system. We will become the employers who hire these young men after their military service is completed.
