President Park Utilized Family-Owned Big Business to Jump-Start Korean Economy
During the time of the presidency of Park, Chung Hee, the only way he could “jump-start” the Korean economy was to work with the family-owned large businesses that were in operation after the Korean War. This resulted in the current “chaebol-based” economic system operating in South Korea as we see today. Working with these family-owned business people enabled Park, Chung Hee to quickly advance the Korean economy.

President Putin Utilized Oligarch Leaders to Jump Start Russian Economy After Collapse of former Soviet Union
President Putin of Russia faced a similar situation in the 1990’s after the fall of the former Soviet Union. All of the businesses had previously been seized by the soviets and when the soviet communist system collapsed, the resulting void in leadership was then seized by “mafia-type” characters. Thus economic power fell into the control of oligarchs which controlled key industries and these kingpins largely controlled Russia. In order to get things operational again Putin was forced to deal with these often “shady-character” businessmen in the beginning and bring these businesses and industries under the taxation of the government (just as normal legitimate businesses would do).

Commendation for Both Park and Putin
Both former Korean President Park, Chung Hee and Russian President Vladimir Putin must be commended for being strong leaders who turned around almost impossible situations for their own respective nations. Both had to work with what was available as President Park worked with existing Chaebol family owned businesses and Putin working with the existing Russian oligarchs and kingpins. Both presidents saved their own nations from complete ruination and from complete economic disaster by their strong leadership.
Need to Progress Toward Allowed Citizens to Prosper
However, today both South Korea and Russia need to grow beyond the systems that were established during their individual times of national crisis. The operation of the chaebols was necessary in the beginning just as is the operation of the oligarch and kingpin-run businesses that controlled Russia after the fall of the Soviet Union.
The time has now come where the centers of economic power must be moved away from the Korean chaebol control systems and Russian oligarch-run systems. It is now time for function of “wealth generation” to be placed into the hands of citizens – giving them power to generate wealth for the benefit of their own progeny.

Koreans Going Abroad Searching for Economic Opportunity
Currently there are millions of South Koreans expats who have migrated overseas looking for better economic opportunities to provide for themselves and their families.

Under the Korean chaebol controlled system trying to land a job with one of the large conglomerates is like “gladiator sport” as people fight to the death to obtain such a coveted position. With such high competition for jobs, these chaebols are free to dictate the terms and those who are fortunate to land a job with a chaebol are forced to accept the terms given (for no other reason than there few other choices available).
Creating Economic Opportunity for Military Aged Young Men
What we want to do is create economic opportunity for our young men so that their revenue streams are largely created by automation technology. Thus we can free our young men to marry and start a family by removing the financial restraints that currently cause them to forsake marriage and family.

Russia offers free land and land is related to “economic opportunity” because all food and homes and businesses and industry are all built upon land. Our young men have a great advantage in joining your system because they will automatically qualify receive free land and Russian citizenship under our system of group enterprises (engaging in economic development within the Russian far-east).
