In order to get our system setup and operational, I will appoint the first leaders of this newly created system. We will have “try-outs” organized so that young men can try-out for any position available. We will have a “merit-based” promotion system so we will promote those who do the best at the tasks given to them. Any number of young men can sign up for any available position and we will select the best man for the job based on what they can do.
Future hiring and firing will be conducted by the first “pioneer leaders” that we assign. Thus I can work myself out of a job once this system is set up and fully operational leaving our assigned leaders to implement the leadership decisions that they see as the best fit for any situation
Our startup operations will include:
- Group Investment
- Innovation Development
- Personnel Training
Under the category of “Group Investment” we endeavor to create an association of business ventures that are owned and operated by our own members. By pooling our resources together we can create wealth generating enterprises which will create employment and generate “income revenue” for our own people. We will establish “heavy industry” operations to manufacture the machinery and components needed to create our underground living system. We will also utilize the transfer of existing Korean manufacturing technology to recreate our Siberian manufacturing systems (based upon current manufacturing systems) already in operation in Korea.

Under the category of “Innovation Development” we will develop our own innovations which will bring advancement and prosperity to our members. Our current innovations (under development) can create energy and food and products for sustaining the families of our men and to create revenue streams needed for their prosperity.

Under the category of “Personnel Training” we have a training program which is designed for training our young men to fulfill various roles within our association. We also have “boy training” programs which focus on training our sons as future leaders to keep this system functional for the following generations.

We would like to petition the Russian government for a military service exemption and language learning exemption for our first generation pioneers.
